Is the monstrosity of men...
You can see not a gold that we can pleasantly look at but GARBAGES (a lot of them!) that we can't only dare to look at but smell to as well.
They call the place TULAY. It's located somewhere in C5 just within Taguig. We can always pass that place via a PUJ going to the beautiful Global City. The fly over or as they call it, TULAY, is a bit old already. It's a very ghasly place populated by noisy rugged jeepney barkers. That would be ok. But once you pass by that point and reach the end of the TULAY, you will see the garbages that I've talked about. They are located just at side corner of the street. They are there, freely lying, and smiling to everybody. As advised, you should not wear your perfume when you know you're gonna pass this side of the place. For one sure thing, you will lost all the perfume that you put! You will smell like TRASH! To save you from wasting your perfume, put it after you pass by TULAY.
I wonder why people put all their garbages there? The government, if there's indeed an existing concerned government in that place, should have bought them big trash bins so that they can just throw their trashes there instead of putting them everywhere. I don't think it'll cost them a lot! They can even buy luxury cars for themselves. I can't really comprehend why a progressive city like Taguig couldn't follow proper waste disposal management. They all have the access to everything like education and all that. I believe, they're earning a lot of revenues as compared to the other city like Bohol but managed to maintain the cleanliness of their place. So there's no enough reason for them not to do good in terms of waste disposal. Davao has been consistent with their waste management program. It's really something that I'm proud of!
People and the government I think just need to have the so called discipline! It's sad that outside a very beautiful place like Global City is an ugly city of Taguig. They should do something about it. An intensive policy against littering should be implemented. If it means a lifetime imprisonment for someone who caught throwing garbage somewhere else, then so be it. Let's give them that punishment that they deserve.
I just can't anymore take the ODOR!!! I don't anymore have a respect not only to the place but to the people and the government who live just where the place called TULAY is located. Or to be specific, to that end of the tunner where you can see not a treasure but a TRASH! Not unless they're gonna follow a simple proper waste management, will I be proud of having a place like Taguig or TULAY here in the Philippines. As of now, sorry but... it's a shame.
